Airlines

This is an ASR based System that allows the caller to obtain information on scheduling for a major airline in South East Asia.

Once the customer has indicated the destination that he or she is interested in, the system queries its database and provides travel related information for that day. This information includes flight schedules for the date of travel, fare information, and other information that will be important for the traveler.

Flight Arrival / Departure Information:

The Flight Arrival / Departure Information System allows easy access to flight arrival / departure information.

Using either touch tone or ASR input the customer will be able to obtain all relevant information for a flight. This information includes late arrival, and departure information, along with updated arrival and departure times.

  • Handles incoming calls automatically & depending upon callers' requirements announces Arrival/Departure/Flight specific message.

Ticket Status Enquiry

This is an Automated Speech Recognition based IVR System. The passenger is requested to say the reservation number on the ticket. Upon recognition and verification of the reservation number, the system obtains the ticket information for the passenger for that particular flight. This information is then announced to the caller.

The above feature allows waitlisted passengers to obtain status information without having to speak to a reservation agent.

Boarding Hall Announcement System

The Boarding Hall Announcement system announces the Boarding / Arrival related messages. The system receives the necessary details from the operator through the operator terminal, which is connected to the system. Then the received information is converted into voice file and sent to the announcement queue.

Online Ticket & Enquiry

An Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) developed for Road Transport Companies to provide its passengers / callers with information round the clock, seven days a week.

The following are the services provided by the system:

  • Arrival and Departure information of all the bus services.
  • Online booking and blocking of passenger tickets.
  • Bus service cancellation information.
  • Seat availability and ticket fare enquiry for any service.

General information like distance, journey time, route course for all bus services to any location, boarding and alighting points, help line numbers, ticketing agent details, passenger friendly schemes can be availed by the callers interactively.

Platform Announcement System

Platform Announcement system (PAS) specially designed for Transport. It Contains arrival messages, departure messages and special messages. Service information about more than one hundred and fifty pairs of buses can be stored. The announcement quality in PAS is very clear. It offers maximum of three languages to announce the transport messages. Compatible with all types of PA system.

Ticket Status Enquiry

This is an Interactive Voice Response System(IVRS) developed for Railways, where callers can get the status of their tickets.

  • To get the ticket status information through IVRS, Railways can provide multi unique dial in numbers for different languages.
  • Using E1 card we can provide as many number of channels as required, so that many callers can land on the system simultaneously.
  • When the caller dials to the system caller is asked to key-in the PNR number.
  • On getting the PNR number, the ticket status can be fetched from two different data sources:
    • Using local database
    • Using institutional Host Server
  • Ticket Status Confirmation feature can be enabled or disabled. If enabled, the system takes the caller's mobile number as an input and registers it. When the ticket status becomes "Confirmed" an SMS shall be sent to the caller's mobile number.
  • This system is also available as an ASR based system.

Accommodation Availability System

Developed for the Railways, the system enables one to acquire information about availability of accommodation on any train before booking.

  • The caller using the system will have to dial the train number and the date of his/her journey as the system prompts.
  • The system responds announcing the availability details of various classes possible for the train number dialed.
  • Using E1 card we can provide as many number of channels required by the customers, so that many callers can land on the system simultaneously.
  • When a caller dials the train number, the accommodation availability status can be fetched from two different data sources.

Fare Enquiry System

This is an ASR based system which enables one to acquire information about various fares between stations.

  • The caller using the system will have to speak out the destination train number as the system prompts.
  • The system responds announcing the fare details of various classes possible for the destination number spoken.
  • Using E1 card we can provide as many number of channels required by the customer so that many callers can land on the system at the same time

Arrival and Departure Enquiry System

  • This system interacts and enables one to acquire information about arrival and departure of any train. The caller using the system will have to dial the train number and the system responds announcing the time of arrival/departure of the running train.
  • To get the train status information through IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System) , system can be programmed as multi language announcement.
  • When a caller dials to the system it will ask the caller to dial the train number. According to the train number dialed, their current status of the train will be announced to the caller. The main advantage of the system is it supports multiple languages.
  • Using E1 card we can provide as many number of channels required by the customers, so that many callers can land on the system simultaneously.

This System is also available as an ASR based system.

Platform Announcement System

  • Developed for the Railways/Transport Companies, the system enables one to acquire information about train arriving at a particular platform. A combination of two systems each following a divergent style of working but for the voice delivery, which happens through sound blaster.
  • One common aspect between the two systems is discussed below. Auto announcement system is one of those which delivers voice over telephone lines.
  • Platform announcement system being the other, delivers voice in an amplified form at a railway station. The announcement will be of the trains that are within a specific range of the stations where the system is implemented.
  • While the platform announcement system supports multi linguistic voice output, the auto announcement system supports voice output of one language at a time.
  • Both these systems are not designed to be interactive, since the output needs to be continuously announcing the status of all trains within the above said range. The status of the trains shall be updated at the station itself.

Online Train Running Arrival and Departure Enquiry System

A network covering the entire Railways, it enables one to know the current running position of a train.

  • The system enables one to know the exact running position of a train, so that caller can schedule programmes accordingly.
  • A caller of the system will have to dial the train number as part of the interactive program to have a train's complete status.
  • When a caller dials the train number, the train status can be fetched from two different data sources.
  • Using Dialogic card we can provide as many number of channels required by the customers, so that many callers can land on the system simultaneously.

This system is only possible where the online database of the running trains is available with the institution.

STD code Query System

This is an ASR based IVR System enabling the caller to find out the STD/NSD, ISD code of any city. The caller is prompted to speak out the name of the city and on confirmation the system retrieves the code and announces.

Postal PIN code Query System

This is an ASR based IVR System enabling the caller to find out the postal PIN code/ZIP code of any city. The caller is prompted to speak out the name of the city and on confirmation the system retrieves the code and announces.

Weather Query System

This is an ASR based IVR System enabling the caller to find out the weather condition of any city/country. The caller is prompted to speak out the name of the city/country and on confirmation the system retrieves the information and announces the weather condition. The weather condition information is to be made available by the concerned Metrological Office.

Stock Quotes

This is an ASR based IVR System enabling the caller to find out the latest stock quotation of a listed company on the Stock Exchange. The caller is prompted to speak out the name of the company stock and on confirmation the system retrieves the latest quotation and announces the same.

If the system is working for a stock broker it can be programmed to accept sell/buy stock orders.

Talking Yellow Pages

Normally the Yellow Pages are listed in the directory or kept in the web. This can be retrieved only if you have a PC with internet connection or Yellow page Directory Book. BTT has come out with a solution to have Yellow pages information over Phone. The solution is based on a CTI server with IVR, Automatic Speech Recognition and Text-To-Speech capability. The caller can dial the service number (x-yyy-), the system greets the caller, asks for the preference like computer, taxi, institution, hospital etc. and fetches information from web server. The required information will be converted into voice using Text-To-Speech and will be conveyed over phone. The caller can interact with the system and get to know various information as if he is conversing with human operator.

Tele-Banking

Liberalized economic policy has now brought competition to the benefit of bank's customers at branch level. Banks are now gearing up with modern facilities to provide better service to attract more and more customers. Bay Talkitec, leaders in Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) also known as Computer Telephony, can provide the solution for implementing Tele-Banking in the branches that are fully computerized.

Lift Announcement System

The system provides for Automatic Cautionary Announcement of floor levels when the lift/elevator is in operation. This is especially useful for visitor of a building and when the lift/elevator is over crowded. This also has the option of announcing/displaying special messages like Time, Temperature, Power Failure messages and can also play background music. The main unit is installed in the machine room with the Remote Display installed in the car.

The Voice Output Alarm system announces specific voice messages, on the activation of alarm status, in an equipment whose parameters are being monitored. The telephone numbers are dialed in order of priority and the message is conveyed. Some of the applications for this alarm are :
