This is an ASR based System that allows the caller to obtain information on scheduling
for a major airline in South East Asia.
Once the customer has indicated the destination that he or she is interested in,
the system queries its database and provides travel related information for that
day. This information includes flight schedules for the date of travel, fare information,
and other information that will be important for the traveler.
Flight Arrival / Departure Information:
The Flight Arrival / Departure Information System allows easy access to flight arrival / departure information.
Using either touch tone or ASR input the customer will be able to obtain all relevant information for a flight. This information includes late arrival, and departure information, along with updated arrival and departure times.

Ticket Status Enquiry
This is an Automated Speech Recognition based IVR System. The passenger is requested to say the reservation number on the ticket. Upon recognition and verification of the reservation number, the system obtains the ticket information for the passenger for that particular flight. This information is then announced to the caller.
The above feature allows waitlisted passengers to obtain status information without
having to speak to a reservation agent.
Boarding Hall Announcement System
The Boarding Hall Announcement system announces the Boarding / Arrival related messages. The system receives the necessary details from the operator through the operator terminal, which is connected to the system. Then the received information is converted into voice file and sent to the announcement queue.

This is an ASR based IVR System enabling the caller to find out the latest stock quotation of a listed company on the Stock Exchange. The caller is prompted to speak out the name of the company stock and on confirmation the system retrieves the latest quotation and announces the same.
If the system is working for a stock broker it can be programmed to accept sell/buy stock orders.
Talking Yellow Pages
Normally the Yellow Pages are listed in the directory or kept in the web. This can be retrieved only if you have a PC with internet connection or Yellow page Directory Book. BTT has come out with a solution to have Yellow pages information over Phone. The solution is based on a CTI server with IVR, Automatic Speech Recognition and Text-To-Speech capability. The caller can dial the service number (x-yyy-), the system greets the caller, asks for the preference like computer, taxi, institution, hospital etc. and fetches information from web server. The required information will be converted into voice using Text-To-Speech and will be conveyed over phone. The caller can interact with the system and get to know various information as if he is conversing with human operator.

Lift Announcement System
The system provides for Automatic Cautionary Announcement of floor levels when the lift/elevator is in operation. This is especially useful for visitor of a building and when the lift/elevator is over crowded. This also has the option of announcing/displaying special messages like Time, Temperature, Power Failure messages and can also play background music. The main unit is installed in the machine room with the Remote Display installed in the car.

Automatic Dialing Alarm
This is a Telephonic Alarm Announcement System which can take up a number of alarm inputs and can be connected to a telephone line. When any parameter under observation goes into emergency condition, then the unit automatically dials pre-specified telephone numbers and announces the corresponding alarm condition. The telephone numbers are dialed in order of priority and the message is conveyed. Some of the applications for this alarm are :
